Our Commitment
If we wouldn't eat it, we won't serve it. Our catering team provides excellent menu choices made from only the highest-quality fresh ingredients. We don't take shortcuts or compromise quality, ever. You will be proud to serve your guests our delectable menu items. With decades of food service experience and ServSafe certification for our entire staff, including the event setup crew, you can be assured that your food is prepared to exacting standards.
We have also catered for many groups with a variety of palates and preferences. We can accommodate many special requests (with ample notice) and can provide an alternative meal for those with extreme food sensitivities. Let us know what you need!
A Different Approach
While our catering staff adhere to all industry standards for sanitation, the remainder of the venue is cleaned daily with all-natural, food-safe cleaning products. Our candles and fragrances are all made using traditional Appalachian and native methods. We use only all-natural fragrance oils, soy candle wax with natural wooden wicks, and we offer all natural, sensitive skin safe toiletries in our restrooms. We care about the quality and natural cleanliness of the air you breathe, surfaces you touch, and products you use while enjoying our space. We also care about the environment and impact our venue has on our community and planet.
