We offer customizable event packages to suit your needs and budget. We offer both full-day and half-day rentals combined with catering packages to suit your needs. Catering packages must be ordered a minimum of 14 days prior to event , and final numbers must be provided no later than 7 days prior to event. A 50% deposit for the total invoice is required for catered events at the time that final numbers are confirmed. Requests for increased catering numbers may be sent up to 48 hours prior to event. No reduction of numbers may be submitted after confirmation of count 7 days out. (We can always buy more ingredients, but we cannot return food purchased for your event.)

Our event space is located just off of the main shopping and dining thoroughfare in beautiful Flowery Branch, Georgia. With ample parking in a safe and lighted parking lot, your guests will feel right at home.
We're glad you asked! Our onsite catering packages include china and linens at no additional charge, a perk almost unheard of at other venues.
We do not sell or distribute alcohol at our venue. You are permitted to bring your own alcohol to be served to your guests by one of our house bartenders. Bartender service pricing and number of bartenders required is based on the number of guests, type and quantity of alcohol purchased, and event start time. You may not bring your own bartender. Our bartending staff is fully vetted and trained to provide excellent care and attention to your guests. You may be asked to pay an additional alcohol service deposit, which will be refunded after event end if the venue and bar are left in good condition and free of bottles, cans, and cups.
**Ashe staff reserve the right to invite any guest to make an early departure if the guest arrives or becomes "chemically impaired" and shows the potential to be a threat to themself, other guests, venue staff, or the venue structure or furnishings.
You may bring tabletop and cardboard or foam core free-standing décor items. The tables are pre-set with cream linens with metal and glass lanterns containing a concrete flameless pillar candle and surrounded by a eucalyptus leaf wreath. The coordinating linen napkins are caramel in color. If you prefer black table covers and napkins, or if you need the lanterns removed and stored for your event, please let us know. A few of the tables can be relocated, but most cannot.
DECOR DONT'S
As a general rule, you may not bring any food that our catering staff is able to make. Special permissions may be granted by Ashe management based on special circumstances. The only exception always approved is for decorated cakes/cupcakes. We do not offer decorated desserts and are happy to have you bring your own. If you are bringing a decorated dessert, you will need to plan to cover the area in which you are serving the dessert with a disposable or other table cover. Decorated desserts may not be served on tables with our house linens without the addition of a disposable linen. Icing stains never come out at the cleaners.
We require a $100 deposit to hold your date at the venue. For catered events, 50% of the total invoice is due no later than 7 days prior to your event. The remaining balance is due the day of your event, prior to event start. If you are given permission to do a venue rental without catering, 100% of the venue rental fee is due at the time of booking. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations within 30 days of event date. Accepted payment methods are cash, check, Venmo, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay.
That's the best part! Cleanup for your event is included in the rental price. In fact, we ask that you do not attempt to perform any cleanup including bussing tables, removing soiled linens, etc. If you need cleanup DURING your event because you plan to utilize the tables for post-meal activities such as games or meetings, please let us know at the time of booking and we will have someone available to provide this service during your event.
